Right of withdrawal within 14 days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods, without giving any reason.
Exception: under item 6.5 of the Terms and Conditions the right of withdrawal, where the goods have been paid for, cannot be exercised for jewellery.
How to do it:
- notify us by email at shinehobbi@gmail.com or by phone on 0896 760 731, stating your order number and your name;
- send the goods with Econt within 14 days of your notice, to: SHINE M OOD, Econt office “Sofia Gladston” (code 10046), Sofia, 3 Tsar Samuil St., tel. 0896 760 731.
The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect resaleable condition.
The cost of sending the goods back to us is borne by you. The economy delivery discount applied to the original shipment does not apply to returns.
We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to a bank account you specify.
Refusing the parcel on delivery
All parcels are sent with the option to inspect them before payment.
If you refuse to accept the parcel — after inspection or without inspection — the cost of delivery to you and of returning the parcel to us is borne by you. It is paid to Econt at the time of refusal, at Econt's rates.
If you have changed your mind about an order, please let us know before it is shipped — then there is no cost to you at all.
Exchange
You can exchange an item for another within 14 days of receipt. Delivery costs in both directions for an exchange are borne by you, unless the exchange is due to our error (a wrong or defective item).
Complaint
If the goods are defective or do not match what you ordered, you have the right to make a complaint. Contact us at shinehobbi@gmail.com or on 0896 760 731 and include:
- the receipt or invoice;
- a description of the problem and a photo, if possible.
For a justified complaint, transport costs in both directions are borne by us. You can choose an exchange for the same or another item, or a refund of the amount paid.
